1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sx6s platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and sx6s. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the sx6s platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on sx6s. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on sx6s, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sx6s login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 4 Deposits and Payments

sx6s accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your sx6s wallet in BDT at the exact amount sent — there are no conversion fees, no processing charges, and no deductions applied by sx6s at the point of deposit.

Deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your sx6s wallet within ten minutes of sending, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• The minimum deposit amount on sx6s is BDT 100.
• There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your mobile banking provider may impose their own transaction limits.
• All funds deposited into sx6s must be from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• sx6s does not accept deposits made from credit facilities or borrowed funds.

sx6s reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on sx6s are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all players on the platform. Withdrawals are paid in BDT directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

Under normal operating conditions, sx6s processes withdrawal requests within three minutes of submission. During periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance, processing times may be slightly longer. sx6s does not charge any fees for withdrawals.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The RNG is independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including sx6s itself.

Each game on sx6s has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. sx6s is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding the rules of a game.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's wallet.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded in the sx6s server logs will be used to determine the outcome.
• sx6s reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions caused by a technical fault.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sx6s platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the sx6s platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the sx6s platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of sx6s.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sx6s staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug or error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug will be voided.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

sx6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against sx6s through a payment provider.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

11 Limitation of Liability
